I love the Korean supermarket - it has sliced marinated rib eye beef, oyster mushroom, and baby Shanghai Bok Choy. Very easy to make a complete dinner. I pick the same size small bok choy, cut them into 4 piece, blanch them in boiling water just a minute or two, then saute in hot oil. Oyster mushroom has a very delicate taste, I cooked it with chicken broth. Beef is already marinated with lots of flavors. What a delicious meal!
